Living things, animals/plants, and taxidermy items
- Living things (animals, insects, plants)
- Including items with soil attached, bonsai, and foliage plants
- Live bait and pet food
- Plant seeds and dried flowers
- Specimens and taxidermy items
Firearms and weapons
- Handguns, gun parts, and bullets
- Axes, swords and blades (items with a blade length of 5.5 cm or more) *Products designated for household use (kitchen knives, stationery, etc.) are excluded
- Toy guns (all firearm-shaped items are prohibited, regardless of power source or functionality)
Batteries, magnets, and some automotive products
- Liquid batteries
- Magnets (strong items classified as industrial use)
- Used automotive products that contain or have been in contact with oil or gasoline (including cars and motorcycles) *Examples: used oil tanks and used engines cannot be shipped.
Gunpowder and explosives
- Gunpowder products (matches, fireworks, party crackers, firecrackers, ammunition, etc.)
- Products with built-in gunpowder (airbags, safety devices, etc.)
Drugs and harmful substances
- Pharmaceuticals
- Harmful drugs, psychotropic substances, and devices for inhaling illegal drugs
- Anesthetics and related drugs, poisons, deleterious substances, and harmful substances
- Insecticides and agricultural chemicals
Corrosive substances and dangerous goods
- Corrosive substances and mercury (thermometers, blood pressure monitors, barometers, etc.)
- Bleach, peroxides, and oxidizers
- Dry ice, asbestos, and uranium
- Nuclear waste, radioactive materials, and sodium hydroxide
- Plutonium, barium carbonate, formalin, and formaldehyde
High-pressure gas and flammable substances
- Items filled with high-pressure gas
- Substances with a flash point of 60°C or below, or liquids whose flash point cannot be identified
Medical devices
- Medical devices that require a doctor's license (hospital machines, etc.)
- Syringes and surgical scalpels
Food
- Fresh food (raw meat, raw vegetables, raw beans)
- Refrigerated and frozen food
