■ You can change your shipping address before completing the international shipping fee payment by following the steps below:
1. Access the Order Details Page (select the order you want to update).
2. Log in if prompted to access the page.
3. Click the "Change" button in the shipping address section.
- If the "Change" button does not appear, please contact us here
4. Enter the correct address.
5. Click the "Change" button to confirm the updated address.
※ After making changes, you can verify the updated shipping address by visiting the Order Details Page after logging in.
■Cases where change of address is not possible
In some cases, you may not be able to update the shipping address. Please note the following conditions under which changes are restricted:
- The purchase amount is high.
- A specific payment method has been used.
- The international shipping fee has already been paid, and the order is awaiting shipment.
- You are attempting to change the destination country.
- The "Change" button is not displayed.
