If You Wish to Change the Destination Address

The destination address can be changed before the Second payment (International shipping fee) is completed. To change the destination address, member registration and login are required.

Steps to change the address

Please change the address while logged into your registered account.

1. If member registration has not been completed, please register first. For details on how to register, see the following:

1. Log in to WorldShopping
2. Open the Order Detail Page for the relevant order from the URL in the order receipt email or from Order History on My Page.
3. Click the "Change" link under "Shipping Address" in the "International Shipping" section.
4. Enter the new details on the address change screen that appears.
5. Click the "Change with the above details" button to confirm the changes.

*The updated destination address can be verified in the "Shipping Address" field of the Order Detail Page.

Cases where the address cannot be changed

The destination address cannot be changed under the following conditions:

• When the total purchase price is high
• When a specific payment method is used
• When the Second payment has been completed and the package is awaiting shipment
• When attempting to change the destination country (including changing to a domestic address within Japan)
• When the "Change" button is not displayed

If an address error is noticed after payment

After the Second payment, the address cannot be changed by the customer. If a change is necessary, please contact WorldShopping Customer Support via the Contact Form.

Since shipping information is transmitted to the Shipping carriers after payment, the following costs may be incurred at the customer's expense even if the change can be processed:

• Address change fee
• Reshipping fee if the package is returned
