1. How to Use Coupons
WorldShopping offers two types of coupons:
1-1. Coupons usable at the time of order
1-2. Coupons usable when paying for international shipping
※ Please note, coupons from the shop itself cannot be used on WorldShopping orders.
1-1. Coupons Usable at the Time of Order
Go to the payment page from the cart and click “coupon” to open the coupon selection screen.
※Some coupons may have limitations on the number of times they can be used per person or on eligible shipping destinations.
Select a coupon from the list of available options, or if you have a coupon code (e.g., from an email newsletter), enter it and confirm by clicking the button.
↓ After selection, ensure the discount is applied under the "Coupon" section in the details.
1-2. Coupons Usable When Paying for International Shipping
Go to the international shipping payment page and click on "Coupon" at the bottom of the breakdown to open the coupon selection screen.
Select a coupon from the list of available options, or if you have a coupon code (e.g., obtained via an email newsletter), enter the code and confirm by clicking the button.
Ensure the discount is reflected under the "Discount" section in the breakdown.
2. If the discount is not applied after entering the coupon code, one of the following reasons may be the cause.
The coupon may not be valid if it has expired, if the conditions for use (such as a minimum purchase amount) are not met, or if it cannot be used in the country of your shipping destination.
3. How to Check for Available Coupons
Coupons that require a code may be included in WorldShopping materials, such as flyers in your package or email newsletters. Please check for them and use them when applicable.
