About DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
DDP is a shipping method where the sender (WorldShopping) prepays the import customs duties and other related fees on your behalf. These customs duties and the international shipping fee are paid together at the time of the second payment when your items are shipped. Because of this, you will generally not be charged any additional fees upon receiving your items.
Fees Incurred When Selecting DDP
・Customs Duties: Calculated based on an estimated rate that includes customs-related fees.
・International Shipping Fee: The standard ECMS international shipping fee will apply.
・State Taxes, (Sales and Use Tax)etc.: Depending on the delivery region, state taxes may be charged separately.
**No refunds or additional charges will be issued if there is a difference between this flat rate and the actual customs duties amount.
Payment Timing
・You will pay for the combined international shipping fee and customs duties during the second payment when your items are ready to be shipped from our warehouse.
・In principle, no additional payment will be required when you receive your items.
