Shop points and coupons cannot be used. However, WorldShopping coupons can be used.
Why shop points cannot be used
WorldShopping is a proxy purchasing service. The entity that actually purchases at the shop is the WorldShopping account. Therefore, the points you have accumulated at the shop and the coupons you hold cannot be used.
How to use WorldShopping coupons
WorldShopping sometimes issues its own coupons. There are two types of coupons.
Coupons usable at the time of order
A coupon usable for a discount on the first payment (product price + shipping to WorldShopping warehouse + proxy purchasing service fee).
How to use:
- Click "Coupon" in the WorldShopping cart
- Enter the coupon code in "Coupon code" on the right, or, if a list of available coupons is shown below the input field, click "Apply"
Coupons usable at the time of paying the international shipping fee
A coupon usable for a discount on the second payment (international shipping fee).
How to use:
- Open the Order Detail Page of the relevant order (you can open it from the URL in the email, or from the Order History on My Page)
- Open the "Coupon" field within the "Costs for international shipping" section
- On the displayed coupon screen, apply the coupon by either of the following methods
- Enter the code in the "Coupon code" field and click the "Apply" button
- Click the "Apply" button of the coupon you want to use from the "Coupon information" list
If the discount is not applied even after entering the coupon code
The following causes are possible.
- The coupon has expired
- The coupon's usage conditions (such as the minimum purchase amount) are not met
- The coupon has already been used
- The product or shop is not eligible
- Another coupon has already been applied.
*Please note that WorldShopping does not allow the use of multiple coupons in a single transaction.
