What we would like you to check before ordering
Since cancellation after confirming an order is not possible, please check the following carefully before ordering.
- Whether the type, color, size, and model number of the product are what you want (the image and the description on the product page may differ, so be sure to check)
- Whether the quantity is correct
- Whether there is no problem with the total charge (product price + domestic shipping fee in Japan(shipping fee to WorldShopping warehouse) + proxy purchasing fee)
- Whether there is no mistake in the destination address
When WorldShopping cancels an order
The main cases where WorldShopping cancels an order are as follows.
When the product is out of stock
If the product is out of stock or discontinued at the shop, we cancel the order. Depending on the shop or the product's situation, we may wait for restocking for up to 2 business days.
You can check the restocking-wait status on the Order Details page.
When the product cannot be proxy purchased
The following products cannot be proxy purchased, so we cancel the order.
- Subscription (recurring purchase) products
- Products whose purchase eligibility is decided by lottery (→ Policy on Intangible and Participation-Based Products)
- Products that cannot be shipped to the destination country
- Products that fall under prohibited items or items that cannot be proxy purchased (→ List of Items That Cannot Be Shipped (Prohibited Items) / List of Items That Cannot Be Purchased Through Our Proxy Purchasing Service)
Others
We may also cancel when the shop did not accept the order, or when proxy purchasing was judged to be difficult.
