The second payment (international shipping fee) is announced to you once your products arrive at the WorldShopping warehouse and the international shipping fee is finalized. It is billed at a different time from the first payment (which occurs at the time of order).
Why the payment is split into two parts
WorldShopping splits your billing into two distinct parts: the first payment (at the time of your order) and the second payment (your items arrive at our warehouse).
This structure is necessary because the international shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight and dimensions of the packaged product. Consequently, the exact shipping cost cannot be determined until the product is physically received and processed at the WorldShopping warehouse.
First payment (at the time of order)
When your order is confirmed, the following fees are billed immediately.
- Item price with tax
- Shipping fee to WorldShopping warehouse
- Purchase handling fee
Second payment (after arrival at the warehouse)
After your products arrive at the WorldShopping warehouse and inspection and weighing processes are completed, the remaining fees are billed.
- International shipping fee
- Package handling fee (500 JPY per package)
- Insurance fee (This may not apply depending on the total value of the product)

If the amount changes after ordering
The total cost of your order may occasionally change from the initial estimate provided at the time of your order:
-If the cost increases: WorldShopping will contact you before proceeding with the proxy service to obtain your explicit consent.
-If the cost decreases: The difference will be automatically settled and deducted from your second payment.
