Yes, items ordered from multiple shops can be combined into a single package and shipped together using package consolidation. By doing so, you can reduce your International shipping fee and receive everything in a single delivery.
Conditions for package consolidation
There are no additional fees for package consolidation.
However, as we pack items in accordance with Shipping carriers' regulations, package consolidation may not be available depending on the size, weight, or shape of the products.
How to request package consolidation
If you wish to request package consolidation, please contact WorldShopping Customer Support via the Contact Form.
Please submit your request after placing your order but before making your Second payment (International shipping fee). You can make this request even if the items have not yet arrived at the WorldShopping warehouse. Please note that package consolidation cannot be provided once the Second payment has been completed.
When contacting us, please provide all the order numbers you wish to combine.

- The order number is the code starting with "O-" found in your order confirmation email.
Storage period for package consolidation
Once a request for package consolidation is made, the 40-day storage period will begin only after all items have been successfully consolidated. Even if items arrive at different times, the storage limit for the earlier arrivals will not expire while waiting for the rest of your items to arrive.
