Is it possible to ship multiple orders together in one package?
Orders from multiple shops can be consolidated, packed together, and shipped as a single package. By combining several packages into one shipment, international shipping costs may be reduced. It is also more convenient, as you only need to receive one delivery.
There is no consolidation fee, regardless of the number of orders.
Consolidation will be carried out in accordance with the shipping carrier’s regulations. Please note that depending on the size, weight, or shape of the items, some packages may not be eligible for consolidation.
The storage period is 40 days after all items have arrived and consolidation has been completed. If your items arrive at different times, they can still be held and consolidated within this period.
If you would like to request package consolidation, please contact Customer Support after completing your order and before paying the international shipping fee, and provide the relevant order numbers.
The order number refers to the number starting with “O” that is sent to you after your order is completed.
